Terms of Use

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between NINEONELABS Co., Ltd. (the "Company") and users in connection with the use of the NINEONELABS website (the "Service") operated by the Company, as well as other necessary matters.

Article 2. Definitions

1. "Service" means the website and all related services provided by the Company.
2. "User" means a person who uses the Service provided by the Company under these Terms.
3. "Content" means all works (text, images, video, design, etc.) provided by the Company through the Service.

Article 3. Effect and Amendment of the Terms

1. These Terms take effect by being posted on the Service screen or notified to users by other means.
2. The Company may amend these Terms, within the scope that does not violate relevant laws, when reasonable grounds arise.
3. If the Terms are amended, the Company posts the changes in the Service notices from 7 days before the effective date.
4. If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, the user may stop using the Service. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date of the amended Terms is deemed agreement to the amended Terms.

Article 4. Provision and Change of the Service

1. The Company provides the following services.
   • Company introduction and portfolio information
   • Project inquiry and quote consultation service
   • Recruitment information
   • Other services the Company additionally develops or provides through partnership agreements
2. The Company may change the contents of the Service, in which case it notifies users in advance, specifying the changes and the effective date.
3. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service in the event of maintenance/inspection, replacement, or failure of information and communication facilities, communication outages, and the like.

Article 5. Obligations of Users

Users must not engage in the following acts.

1. Registering false information or stealing others' information
2. Altering information posted by the Company without authorization, or transmitting or posting information other than that designated by the Company (such as computer programs)
3. Infringing the intellectual property rights, including copyrights, of the Company or other third parties
4. Damaging the reputation of, or interfering with the business of, the Company or other third parties
5. Disclosing or posting on the Service obscene or violent messages, images, audio, or other information contrary to public order and morals
6. Other illegal or improper acts

Article 6. Restriction of Service Use

The Company may restrict or refuse Service use if a user violates the obligations of these Terms or interferes with the normal operation of the Service.

Article 7. Limitation of Liability

1. The Company is exempt from liability for providing the Service when it cannot do so due to a natural disaster or equivalent force majeure.
2. The Company is not liable for Service disruptions caused by reasons attributable to the user.
3. The Company is not liable for a user's failure to obtain expected profits through the Service, or for losses incurred.
4. The Company is not liable for the reliability, accuracy, or other aspects of information, materials, or facts that the user posts on the Service.

Article 8. Intellectual Property Rights

1. Copyrights and other intellectual property rights to all content included in the Service (text, graphics, logos, images, software, etc.) belong to the Company.
2. Without the Company's prior written consent, users must not use the Service's content for commercial purposes—by reproducing, transmitting, publishing, distributing, broadcasting, or any other means—or allow third parties to do so.

Article 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. The laws of the Republic of Korea govern any dispute arising between the Company and a user.
2. The Seoul Central District Court is the court of first instance for lawsuits regarding disputes arising from Service use.
