How is the pre-project consultation conducted?
Before a project begins, we analyze the client's initial concept and
set the direction together through an in-person or video meeting.
Initial analysis — meeting — alignment
A specialized technical sales manager visits the client in person or meets via video,
listens to the initial concept, and discusses the direction, concept, and plan together. This is not a simple price negotiation, but
a joint review of the conditions for the project's success.
Number of meetings by scale
Several meetings may take place depending on the project's scale. We do not make every decision in a single first meeting;
we take as much alignment as needed.
A PM joins
Once the project formally begins, a PM joins and, through to completion, designs the direction that raises the value of the brand and the company together with you.
